An engaging and insightful week for ARISE in Rimini

ERF2024 – an insightful first public event for ARISE in Rimini

Mere 2 months after the project start ARISE celebrated a first public appearance during the European Robotics Forum 2024 Rimini.

A shared booth, orchestrated by Fundingbox, offered the possibility for 1:1 discussions and introductions to ARISE and the opportunities the project holds for European businesses throughout its duration and beyond.

Furthermore the event offered the opportunity for a more specified presentation on one of the project’s focus areas, healthcare, presented by project coordinator Mireya de Diego in a session orchestrated by PAL robotics on the second day.

Simultaneously, Francisco Melendez, technical coordinator and Antonio Montalvo, invited participants of ERF2024 to an interactive workshop discussing the challenge of “Harnessing Human-Centricity in Robotics Solutions for (E)DIH and SMEs” with an interested audience.

Below you can find Mireya’s slides from her presentation on “User-Centric Design for Healthcare Robotics”, to get a first idea what ARISE holds for you in this area.
